Custom Class Summary

We would taste 6 different oysters and 3 different caviar and talk about the flavor profiles of each oyster and caviar. For the oysters each person would be able to taste between 2 and 6 oysters per variety (1/2 dozen up to 1.5 dozen per person) depending on how much each person would like to eat for oysters. We would also have 1 each 28 g. tin of 3 different variety of Caviar for the group to taste. This would include tasting as "Bumps", on chips and on Blini with creme fraiche. If the group wants we could finish with "blind" tasting competition/test to see who can best guess each of the oysters and caviar. This price would be $95 per Person, I would lead the class. The class would be Pine Street. We would coordinate the date and time with your friend.
