Oysters 202: Pairing Flavors like a Pro (Fishtown)

Most pro's will tell you to try an oyster free of accoutrements for the unadulterated experience of time and locale, but just like any food, certain ingredients can accent, balance, or even highlight different elements of an oyster's flavor.
In this class, we'll learn all about why certain ingredients work best with certain oysters, how to apply them to different oysters based on the different attributes of the oyster itself, and why oyster aficionados encourage you to steer clear of cocktail sauce. We'll try a sampling of oysters with different ingredients, compare our experiences, and mix-and-match to create pairings that stand out.
This class can stand on its own, or is great as a class to build upon what we've learned in OYSTERS 201: A TASTE OF PLACE AND TIME.
